Providing creative avenues for self expression and the exchange of stories
The Art for Empowerment program is dedicated to offering creative avenues for individuals to express themselves, share their stories, and ignite inspiration through the medium of art. We believe that whether evoking joy or introspection, art has the power to enable individuals to articulate their inner worlds and cultivate a positive perspective on life. We strive to engage with a wide spectrum of artists, encompassing students, patients, neurodiverse and disabled communities, minorities, and those facing difficulties accessing art in traditional ways.
Celebrating AAPI Artistry
The Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community originates in the 19th century United States with the arrival of the first known Asian immigrants, primarily Chinese laborers who came to work in industries such as mining, agriculture, and railroad construction.
